Mini-pleat filters use hot melt adhesive instead of aluminum foil separators to separate filter media. A 69 mm thick mini-pleat filter achieves the same performance as a 150 mm thick conventional separator filter. With the same filtration area and efficiency, a 90 mm deep mini-pleat HEPA filter provides 1.3 times the air volume of a standard 150 mm SPAN separator filter and twice the airflow of a standard resistance 150 mm SPAN model. It meets strict requirements for space, weight, and energy consumption in modern air purification.

Installation of HEPA filters is critical for cleanroom and HVAC systems. Please observe the following:
- Clean the installation area before installation.
- Run the system for air purge cleaning.
- Thoroughly clean the cleanroom again. Use only vacuum cleaners with ultra-clean filter bags; ordinary vacuums are not allowed.
- If installed in the ceiling, clean the ceiling space in advance.
Unpacking:Unpack HEPA filters only at the installation site immediately before installation. Inspect the appearance and check the actual performance test data for each unit. Do not use only general limit values (e.g. ≤Pa).
Leak Detection:On-site leak detection is required before installation for cleanrooms of Class 100 or higher, focusing on filter damage or leakage. All cleanroom classes require leak testing after installation. Prioritize checking the sealing quality around the filter frame.
Resistance Balancing:Differences in filter resistance affect air volume balance and airflow uniformity.
Remove filters with excessively high or low resistance.Install filters with similar resistance in the same room and distribute them evenly.
