Product Description

Medium-efficiency filters belong to the F-series in air filters.

F-series medium-efficiency air filters are divided into pocket type and non-pocket type.

The pocket type includes: F5, F6, F7, F8, F9

The non-pocket type includes:

  • FB (Plate-type medium-efficiency filter)
  • FS (Divided-type medium-efficiency filter)
  • FV (Combined-type medium-efficiency filter)
Features
  1. Captures particulate dust and various suspended solids of 1–5 μm.

Applications
  1. Mainly used for medium-efficiency filtration in central air conditioning and ventilation systems, as well as industrial purification in pharmaceuticals, hospitals, electronics, food and other industries.
  2. Also used as pre-filtration for high-efficiency filters to reduce their load and extend service life.
  3. Featuring a large windward area, it has high dust-holding capacity and low wind speed, making it one of the best medium-efficiency filter structures available.
Replacement Cycle
  1. Under rated air volume, the filter should be replaced every 3–4 months.
  2. Must be replaced when the filter resistance exceeds 400 Pa.
  3. For washable filter media, the removed media can be rinsed with clean water or neutral detergent solution, air-dried and reused. It can be washed at most twice before mandatory replacement.
  4. Higher dust concentration in the environment will shorten the service life.
Notes

Regularly check if the air inlet side is blocked by debris and if the filter media is damaged. Remove any blockages. Replace the filter media or the whole unit if severely damaged. Ensure good sealing at the pressure edge between the filter and frame during installation to prevent air leakage. Do not impact the filter surface with heavy objects or pull the filter media forcefully. Install the filter bags with their length vertical to the ground to ensure filtration efficiency and extend service life.
