FFU Fan Filter Units can be connected and used in a modular way. They are widely applied in cleanrooms, clean benches, clean production lines, modular cleanrooms, and local Class 100 applications. FFU Fan Filter Units are equipped with primary and high-efficiency two-stage filters. The fan draws air from the top of the FFU, passes it through the primary and HEPA filters, and delivers clean air at a constant velocity.

FFU Network Monitoring System

System Architecture Description
The system adopts a two-layer MODBUS RS-485 communication architecture. The lower layer is the EC FFU DC motor controller, the middle layer is the MODBUS data collector, and the upper layer is the FFU integrated monitoring software.
